Frankie’s Brooklyn Pizza, celebrated for its authentic Brooklyn-style pies and roots as a beloved pizza truck, has moved into its first permanent brick-and-mortar location in Long Island City. In partnership with Sage and Zest and under the guidance of Justin Fauci, we transformed their vision into a fully functional restaurant space.
At the heart of the buildout is a custom commercial kitchen, anchored by a Marra Forni three-decker oven—both a functional powerhouse and a visual centerpiece. The kitchen was designed for efficiency, durability, and scale, allowing Frankie’s to deliver the same quality pies that made them a local favorite, now on a larger, permanent scale.
Every aspect of the space, from the kitchen workflow to the dining environment, was crafted to reflect the brand’s energy and authenticity. From a pizza truck in Brooklyn to a full-service LIC location, this project showcases our ability to translate a growing culinary concept into a thoughtfully designed, high-performance, and inviting space.
