Darby completed a building-wide riser replacement at 300 West 108th Street, an infrastructure project carried out within a fully occupied residential and commercial building. Because the riser network runs through individual units, the work required Darby’s team to enter and work inside occupied tenant apartments, making resident coordination and scheduling central to the project. Darby managed direct communication with residents and building staff at every stage, sequencing access unit by unit to minimize disruption to daily life. The result was a critical infrastructure upgrade delivered with minimal impact on building operations.
