At Park Ave South, Counter Service leans into visibility and street presence. Marked by the distinctive full-building sign pointing down toward the shop below, the location announces itself in a way that’s unmistakably New York. The space carries the brand’s signature clarity and restraint, translating the clean design language of the earlier locations into a compact, highly efficient sandwich shop embedded in the Midtown South streetscape.
Our Work
Following the successful delivery of Counter Service’s first location in NoHo and the expansion to the Upper East Side, we partnered again with Mancini Duffy on architecture and design, alongside EP Engineering and DCI Engineers, with ADCO Builders (Adam Kahati and Jake Waitsman) representing the client.
From coordinating the installation of the building-scale signage to integrating kitchen infrastructure, mechanical systems, and custom millwork within a tight footprint, the build required precise planning and execution. With three locations now complete, NoHo, Upper East Side, and Park Ave South, we’re proud to continue supporting Counter Service as it grows across NYC.
